The construction of APP Single Layer Capacitors is fundamentally different from Metallized Polypropylene (MPP) Capacitors; they are a non-self-healing type, similar to traditional NSH (Non Self Healing) Capacitors, but optimized with the superior electrical properties of Polypropylene Film. The use of APP (All Polypropylene) film grants these Capacitors exceptionally low dielectric losses, resulting in high efficiency and minimal internal temperature rise during operation.
